That was 2021. Today, Billdhari runs operations for 500+ properties across India, processing over 2 million guest reservations annually. This is our journey.

2021
The Spark
Founding team stays at a boutique plantation homestay in Coorg. Reconciling meals and room rate takes forever on check-out. Decided to build a simple cloud PMS.
2022
First Pilot Properties
Initial cloud-PMS launched for 5 small boutique hotels in Kerala. Developed drag-and-drop room reservation chart.
2023
OTA Sync & POS Module
Channel manager and restaurant POS added. 50 properties on board. Realized hotel dining needs seamless folio posting.
2024
Banquets & Funding
Banquet event module launched. Crossed 200 properties. Series A funding closed to expand support and engineering.
2025
HRM & Analytics
HR payroll sync and dashboard analytics added. Pan-India presence with regional hubs. 350+ properties onboarded.
